At this time, we do not offer international shipping for customers outside the U.S.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days before being shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that unforeseen carrier delays or other factors may impact delivery times. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not speed up the standard processing time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s hands. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@kirstenhirst.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will make it right. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase!
Returns Policy
Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide an exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
